If you wish to include images on your banner, please email the image to support@vaservicesbylh.com immediately after purchase.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order through the carrier's website.
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
